Age of your roof
Roofs should only be repaired in the early stages of it's life only. Typically for a successful repair the age of the roof should be under 10 years old, in some cases less. This is for many reasons. Ask us why.
Condition of your roof
Age is a foundational factor but what it really comes down to is the condition. If there is too much wear, granule loss, brittleness, etc. It is not at all worth it to perform a repair. This can cause serious additional damage.
Storm Damage
If you have any existing storm damage at all, it is likely you may be able to get a full roof replacement approved (with our help) with your insurance. Even if it's just a few shingles!
